What you will do:
- Provide Support and Interventions: Deliver various levels of interventions, from low to high intensity, including assessments, crafting recovery plans, and coordinating casework.
- Collaboration and Partnership: Collaborate with clinical services to ensure that service users receive cohesive support from start to finish, involving joint recovery planning and clinical reviews.
- Client Engagement: Connect with service users to establish clear goals and offer tailored interventions, propelling their journey towards recovery.
- Community Outreach: Facilitate high-quality drug and alcohol recovery services within a community setting, making an impact right where it matters most.
- Administration and Record Keeping: Efficiently manage records and administrative tasks to ensure smooth client care and service operation.
Requirements:
