Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency has a new permanent position available for a Quality Assurance Case File Auditor to work Full Time based in Guernsey.
The salary for this permanent Quality Assurance Case File Auditor job is up to £63,762 per annum.
Main duties:
- Take on a case auditor role supporting with the service monthly collaborative audit and moderation programme as needed, performing deep dive and thematic audits as requested by the Senior Leadership team
- Advise and support colleagues at all levels on how to undertake audits and other QA activities to a high standard and on a regular basis.
- Support the Service Manager for Safeguarding & QA in ensuring learning from audit and QA activities are used to inform development and changes in policy and procedures.
- Provide detailed audit reports for sharing within the Practice Improvement Meetings and Governance meetings.
- Participate in the overall development of operational staff within Children and Family Community Services as directed by the Service Manager, Safeguarding and Quality Assurance and other members of the Senior Leadership Team.
- Collate information around audit findings and statistical data across the service and prepare reports of findings to the Senior Leadership Team.
- Attend and contribute to weekly Quality Assurance Governance meetings and Practice Improvement Meetings.
- Support key staff in implementing and managing change or new initiatives.
- Other activities commensurate with this Job Description may from time to time be undertaken by the post holder.
Requirements of Quality Assurance Case File Auditor job:
- A social Work Qualification or equivalent.
- Understanding of relevant legislation.
- Registered or eligible for registration.
