The salary for this permanent Quality Assurance Business Partner job is £41,060 per annum.

What You’ll Do:

  • Quality Oversight: Conduct regular, thorough reviews of services in your designated region, using a variety of methodologies to assess risk and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Support Service Excellence: Provide hands-on support and practical advice to Service Managers, ensuring that service quality continually improves.
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Work with Regional Managers and operational teams to devise new ways of working that enhance quality across all service areas.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Analyse data from quality measures, such as audits and feedback systems like Datix, to identify trends and develop solutions that drive improvements.
  • Investigations and Reporting: Lead formal investigations in line with Brainkind’s complaints and whistleblowing policies. Produce clear, evidence-based reports that highlight compliance levels and key areas for improvement.
  • Expert Advice: Offer guidance on relevant Health & Social Care legislation and ensure managers are up to date with best practices and statutory requirements.
  • Travel and Flexibility: This is a remote role requiring regular travel to services, with occasional overnight stays.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Extensive experience or qualifications in quality improvement or a related field.
  • Completed Registered Manager’s Award (Level 4) and a Level 5 NVQ or equivalent in Health & Social Care.
  • Strong leadership skills, with proven experience as a Registered Manager with one of the UK regulators (CQC/CIW/CIS/HIS).
  • In-depth knowledge of statutory requirements and regulations in Health & Social Care.
  • Proven ability to analyse data, identify issues, and develop solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with teams at all levels.
