What you will do:

- Provide support and supervision to social work staff and associated personnel in the Home to Decide Team, ensuring high standards are met in all aspects of social care.

- Screen and allocate referrals effectively, maintaining the smooth operation of the team and ensuring clients receive appropriate and timely support.

- Handle complex casework with confidence and professionalism, guiding staff through intricate cases with a focus on safeguarding and achieving the best outcomes for clients.

- Participate in the Duty Rota, acting as the senior practitioner based in the office, with minimal home working to ensure consistency and availability for urgent needs.

- Foster independence among residents, supporting them to achieve personal objectives and return to their previous level of autonomy.
