What you will do:
- Provide vital support to patients in their homes or within spot purchase intermediate care beds located in residential care homes.
- Manage your clinical caseload with full autonomy, enhancing your patient management skills.
- Showcase your expertise and clinical reasoning in dealing with complex cases, including long-term conditions, falls, orthopaedics, and mobility problems.
- Utilise your specialist physiotherapy skills, from advanced clinical assessments to effective treatment planning and implementation.
- Regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, adjusting treatments to maximise outcomes and ensuring service delivery is top-notch.
- Develop care programmes to aid speedy and effective patient discharge, ensuring continuity of care.
- Employ excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with patients and your professional team.

Requirements of the Physiotherapist:
- Qualified physiotherapist, i.e., Degree or equivalent within Physiotherapy
- Recent UK experience within specialised physiotherapy
- Registered with the HCPC as a physiotherapist to work in the UK
- NHS experience would be advantageous but not essential
