Job Title: Physio Acute

Salary: Band 6 pay £25 per hour, Band 7 pay £29.43 per hour

What you will do:
- Provide expert physiotherapy services within acute wards, supporting patient recovery and rehabilitation.
- Lead discharge planning, ensuring smooth transitions for patients and optimal continuity of care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient-focused care.
Requirements:
- Registration with the HCPC is a must, ensuring you meet our high standards of professional practice.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in an acute setting is essential, so you're confident in handling various patient needs.
- A driving licence is preferable to assist with any travel needs and enhance service delivery.
