You will provide administrative and secretarial support to the management team and associate psychologists, enabling them to increase value they deliver to the organisation through more effective working practices. You will be part of a service that seeks positive outcomes for children, young people and their families. We are a small, friendly team delivering meaningful work.

What you’ll be doing
You will:
- Diary management, arranging appointments and scheduling remote and face to face meetings
- Minuting meetings and distributing meeting packs and minutes to attendees
- Managing email and telephone enquires
- Pre-populating templates in readiness for the psychologist to complete their assessment and consultation
- Proof reading, correcting spelling, grammar and formatting errors and ensuring documents are complete
- Electronic filing and housekeeping of file storage and database systems
- Coordinating support across the service for the management team and supporting them to produce presentations, strategy documents, training materials and service plans.
- Support initial set up of a contract and produce any internal tools and templates required
- Maintain accurate records and observe data protection protocols
- Support colleagues and clients to problem solve any challenges that arise
- Produce performance reports and internal updates on activities
- Organise and attend meetings with colleagues and/or clients as required
- Coordinate training sessions, events and disseminate information
- Prepare and issue letters and general administrative tasks to support the service
- Supporting the wider service delivery and business development management team with administration tasks.
What you’ll need
- Proven experience as a personal assistant, administrator, or similar position
- Strong IT skills and competent in using Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent business writing skills and confident using the telephone
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation and partner agencies
- Effective time management and organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Proactive approach and able to work autonomously
- Desire to learn and develop
- Keen interest in empowering others and delivering high standards of service
- Able to handle confidential information appropriately and exercise discretion
- Enhanced DBS check
