Contract Type: Ongoing contract
Pay Rate: £24.42 per hour (assignment rate)
Shift Pattern: Full time. We are looking for a full time OT to complete this one off piece of work with a family, however if the OT has the necessary experience and skills required but unable to work full time, we are also willing to consider those applications.

Requirements of the Paediatric Occupational Therapist:
- Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
- Recent NHS experience
- Registered with the HCPC
- Experience of working with children with a learning disability, Autism, complex health needs, including particularly relevant to this case children who have life limiting conditions
- Experience of carrying out assessment of need relating to adaptations within a Local Authority
- An awareness of parameters of policy and guidance relating to DFG
- Not essential but a Welsh speaker would be preferable
