Occupational Therapist- Paediatric
Location: Chadwell Heath, UK - Earn £33.99 Hourly
Embark on an exciting journey as a Locum Occupational Therapist within the Paediatric specialism in Chadwell Heath, UK. This full-time position, with part-time considerations, starts ASAP and is ongoing. You’ll be working 37.5 hours a week, from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00, offering essential paediatric care and making a real difference in young lives. What you will do:
- Provide clinical work focusing on paediatric early years caseload, supporting children and their families with tailored interventions.
- Conduct standardised assessments in clinic settings, evaluating the need for specialist equipment and seating.
- Deliver targeted interventions and write detailed reports for assessments and Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs).
Requirements:
- You must be HCPC registered with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in paediatric occupational therapy.
- Previous experience with children and young people with complex physical needs is essential.
- A valid driver’s licence is preferable for travel between multiple sites.
