Your Role:

  • As an Occupational Therapist with our client, you’ll be an integral part of a highly supportive, person-centred team.
  • You’ll conduct assessments to understand each person’s unique needs, help them regain crucial skills, and tailor reablement plans that promote their independence. With access to a wealth of multidisciplinary expertise, you’ll have the resources you need to make a real difference. Beyond your direct work with clients, you’ll play a key role in mentoring colleagues, fostering a culture of continual learning and growth.

Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • HCPC Registration
  • Experience in community care and disability assessments
  • Sensitivity and empathy when supporting clients with new health challenges
  • Strong communication and motivational skills
  • Experience with moving and handling tasks
  • Familiarity with case management systems and Care Act 2014
