Job Title: Band 6 Speech and Language Therapist

What you will do:
- Conduct assessments and develop care plans for paediatric patients
- Provide specialist interventions for speech and language disorders in children
- Deliver training and support to families, carers, and educational staff
- Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for each child
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to case discussions and reviews
Requirements:
- HCPC Registered
- Degree or equivalent in Speech and Language Therapy
- Proven recent experience as an SLT within the UK
- Expertise in dysphagia assessment with the ability to create care plans for children under one year
- Smartcard required and Systemone knowledge
- Must have access to own transport
