Duties:
- Care co-ordinating a non-psychotic caseload of service users who have depression, anxiety, OCD, complex PTSD and EUPD diagnoses mainly
- Caseload management
- MDT working
- Risk management
- Therapeutic interventions for non-psychotic presentations, including provision of structured clinical management
- Completion of the CMHT duty role on a rota basis
- Liaison with wider MDT regarding interventions for service users on the team caseload (e.g. intensive service, inpatient teams, out of area teams)
- CPA framework working / management
- Supporting junior colleagues and students
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
- A registered MH nurse, social worker or occupational therapist providing they have relevant experience in a community mental health setting where they have managed complex cases of a non-psychotic presentation
- Recent NHS experience
- Relevant registration
- Car driver
