What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with neurological conditions.
- Develop and implement personalised rehabilitation programmes aimed at improving patient independence and quality of life.
- Collaborate closely with the Hertfordshire Neurological Service and Acquired Brain Injury team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Provide advice and education to patients, families, and carers to support recovery and rehabilitation.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to case discussions and service development.
