Job Title: Band 7 Neuro Advanced Occupational Therapist
Location: Southwark
Type: Permanent
Shift Pattern: Full time, 37.5 hours per week. Monday - Friday. 
Salary: £49,181 - £60,110 per annum

Sanctuary Personnel are seeking an Advanced Occupational Therapist to join our client's Occupational Therapy Team at a prestigious healthcare facility in the UK, currently rated "Outstanding" by the CQC.

This centre of excellence for specialist cancer treatments, robotic surgeries, and stem cell transplantation boasts a multidisciplinary team with world-renowned specialists in oncology and haematology.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality Occupational Therapy Service, managing a caseload of clients with complex needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive initial and ongoing assessments for each patient.
  • Participate in planning, developing, and evaluating OT services within a designated area, with responsibility for defined projects.
  • Plan and implement treatment using a goal planning system within the interdisciplinary team.
  • Maintain accurate and concise treatment records detailing individual patient treatment plans and progress.
  • Provide leadership for junior staff through supervision and appraisal.

What you'll bring:

  • HCPC registration.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience within a NEURO setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with flexibility to respond to department and service needs.
  • Continuous professional development in Neurology/Rehab/OT.
  • Experience in providing teaching to colleagues.
