Job Title: Advanced Occupational Therapist - Oncology Team
Location: Southwark
Type: Permanent
Shift Pattern: Full time, 37.5 hours per week. Monday - Friday. 
Salary: £49,181 - £60,110 per annum

As an Advanced Occupational Therapist, you'll deliver top-tier Occupational Therapy Services, managing a caseload of clients with complex needs. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive initial and ongoing assessments, contributing to the planning, development, and evaluation of OT services, and implementing treatment plans within an interdisciplinary framework. Additionally, you'll provide leadership and support to junior staff through supervision and appraisal.

Requirements:

  • Registration with HCPC.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience within an oncology setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with adaptability to meet departmental and service needs.
  • Continuous professional development in Neurology/Rehab/OT.
  • Experience in providing teaching to colleagues.
