Pay Rate: £27 per hour (assignment rate)

Requirements of the Intermediate Care Physiotherapist:
- Qualified physiotherapist, i.e., Degree or equivalent within Physiotherapy
- Recent UK experience within specialised physiotherapy
- Registered with the HCPC as a physiotherapist to work in the UK
- NHS experience would be advantageous but not essential
- Enhanced DBS
- Be able to assess and provide high standards of physiotherapy input to patients in the community
- Be able to liaise with MDT members in treatment and management care plans and to engage rehab assistants effectively
- Be able to create, evaluate all care plans implemented and should have a sound knowledge in discharge planning and ability to make further referrals in to the community as required
- Be able to drive and own a car for work purposes this is a must due to it being a community role
- Be able to use computers and have sound skills using Microsoft Office applications
- All candidates should have knowledge of Lone Working Policy
