Sanctuary Personnel is currently looking for an experienced Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) to take on a new ongoing contract role within the Community Mental Health Team.
Location: Bromley
Pay Rate: £27 per hour (assignment rate)
Contract Type: Locum contract
Working hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Main Duties:
- Carry out comprehensive mental health assessments for patients referred to the community mental health team
- Develop, implement, and review individual care plans tailored to the patient's needs and goals
- Identify and manage risks associated with mental health conditions, including potential harm to self or others
Requirements of the Community Psychiatric Nurse:
- Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing
- Experience working as a Mental Health Nurse
- NMC Registration
