The salary for this permanent MSK Physiotherapist job is £41,000 per annum.

Main Duties:
- Accurately assessing, diagnosing, and treating clinical cases
- Categorising musculoskeletal disorders based on work-relatedness
- Reporting to Management after assessments and at discharge, detailing employee fitness and necessary role adjustments (short-term, long-term, or permanent)
- Leading onsite exercise classes for employees with musculoskeletal injuries
- Communicating effectively with the occupational health team
- Conducting DSE assessments and offering preventive advice
- Recommending changes or equipment needed following DSE assessments
- Identifying workplace hazards and assessing risks related to musculoskeletal health
- Performing ergonomic risk assessments with onsite Safety, Health & Environment advisors
- Informing the OH team about necessary work practice or environment changes (short-term or long-term)
- Rehabilitating staff with musculoskeletal disorders, regardless of work-relatedness
- Maintaining comprehensive assessment and treatment records
- Collecting statistical data for report generation
- Contributing to and organising health promotion events
Requirements of the MSK Physiotherapist:
- Bachelors Degree in Physiotherapy
- HCPC Registration
- Knowledge of musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions/injuries and treatment
- IT skills
