What you will do:
- Manage and support complex Adults Mental Health cases with a focus on delivering high-quality care.
- Complete statutory Care Act tasks and carry out safeguarding enquiries to ensure client safety.
- Coordinate and collaborate with multi-disciplinary professionals, participating in ward rounds and mental health tribunals.
- Work on Court of Protection applications and manage S117 cases as needed.
- Assist clients with housing and brokerage, providing necessary support and guidance.
- Undertake duty work, prioritising workloads efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Use your own vehicle to travel throughout the borough and beyond to meet client needs.
