We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an individual to take on the role of Mental Health Safeguarding and Safety Lead - Psychotherapist within our Mental Health services, working remotely from anywhere in the UK. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary ranging from £51,000 to £57,000 per annum for 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. What you will do:
- Develop, implement, and oversee robust safeguarding practices and patient safety initiatives across our Mental Health Service.
- Ensure the wellbeing and protection of children, young people, and adult patients receiving therapy services.
- Manage risks related to harm to self and others, providing support to all staff in contact with patients.
- Foster a culture of openness and continuous improvement in safeguarding awareness and patient safety.
- Conduct high-risk situation case reviews, ensuring appropriate interventions and support are provided.
- Support and guide in-house therapy delivery and extend this expertise across a network of associate professionals.
- Ensure compliance with all safeguarding and regulatory frameworks, promoting a unified approach to mental health safeguarding.
