Sanctuary Personnel is hiring for an Interim Children's Auditor and Data Analyst. This role involves working closely with Barking and Dagenham Children's Social Care and Support Services to enhance practice through audits, data analysis, and strategic reporting. This role is Full time and locum, and is offering a competitive pay rate of £40 per hour.

Duties of the Role:

  • Conduct in-depth case file and thematic audits, as well as dip sampling activities.
  • Assess the impact of practice on families and children supported by the organisation.
  • Oversee data collection from audit activities and provide analytical insights into findings.
  • Produce data sets, analytical overviews, and concise reports that identify patterns and themes in practice.
  • Present audit findings and share lessons learned with practitioners, managers, and senior leaders.
  • Inform practice improvements and workforce development activities by providing data-driven insights.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the organisation.
  • Support the Quality Assurance (QA) team in driving standards through the CARES practice model.
  • Facilitate constructive feedback loops across teams to enhance the QA offer provided.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience:

    • Extensive experience in conducting audits within children's services.
    • Proven ability to analyse data and drive meaningful change.
    • Experience with data visualisation tools and reporting frameworks.
  • Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
    • Familiarity with SQL for database querying and management.
    • Ability to use data collection tools and techniques effectively.
    • Exceptional analytical abilities, including interpreting complex data and distilling key insights.
    • Excellent communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
