What you will do:
- Provide high-quality health visiting services to families and children, ensuring their health and well-being
- Conduct assessments and deliver care plans tailored to individual needs
- Offer advice and support on child health, development, and parenting
- Collaborate with other professionals to safeguard children and promote child welfare
- Plan and deliver health education programmes and community initiatives
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements

Qualifications and Experience:
- You must be a Registered Nurse or Midwife with a valid NMC registration
- Hold a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN) qualification in Health Visiting
- Experience in community or child health services is preferred
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding procedures and child development
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
