Job Title: Family Court Advisor, specialising in welfare and safety of children in Bristol (UK). Salary: £32 per hour. Duration: 3 months, full time.

What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and engage directly with children to accurately represent their views and wishes in court proceedings.
- Utilise your expertise in risk assessment and mediation to advocate for child-focused arrangements.
- Manage a range of cases independently, from initial enquiry through to court hearings, ensuring timely and efficient handling.
- Collaborate with social service professionals and legal teams to ensure comprehensive support plans are developed and implemented.
- Provide expert advice and evidence-based recommendations, representing the best interests of the child at all times.
Who we’re looking for:
- A Relevant Social Work qualification is essential and registration with Social Work England is required.
- Ideally, you will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working with children and families in a social work capacity.
- Experience in Family Court proceedings and a thorough understanding of Private and/or Public Law is advantageous.
- An organised and resilient individual, capable of working independently while effectively managing your workload.
