What you will do:
- Manage an allocated caseload, making informed decisions on complex and high-risk cases related to child protection, care and support, and court action.
- Conduct assessments and design care and support plans, ensuring they are evidence-based and align with allocated budget parameters.
- Work collaboratively with various services to optimize resource allocation for individuals needing care and support.
- Apply advanced Social Worker techniques to address the unique needs of individuals and families, adapting strategies where necessary.
- Safeguard the welfare of adults and children at risk, making critical decisions in crisis situations.
- Participate in a duty system on a rota basis, responding promptly to cases and executing immediate crisis intervention.
