Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Teaching: Deliver a range of English qualifications, from Entry Level to Level 3, achieving and maintaining Ofsted-rated “Good” or “Outstanding” teaching standards as an English Teacher.
- Curriculum Development: Shape the English curriculum to meet national requirements and local community needs, ensuring it is relevant, comprehensive, and employment-oriented.
- Individual Support: Provide personalised feedback and group/individual tutorials to encourage maximum achievement and progress in English.
- Student Records: Maintain accurate records for student performance in English, syllabuses, and assessments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Candidate Requirements:
