Drainage Project Manager

Sanctuary Personnel are looking for a Drainage Project Manager to work in Liverpool City Council.

This is a full-time locum role paying £474.94 - £600 per day

Key Responsibilites:

• To project manage and deliver Flood Defence Grant in Aid projects (FDGiA) working closely with the Environment Agency.
• Project manage specialist flood risk, drainage and/or water quality projects as required to unlock funding and/or investigate arising issues as required by The Flood and Water Management Act 2010.
• Manage, monitor and support the partnership contractual arrangements for delivery of drainage functions, including working with the Environment Agency.
• Provide high-quality project and programme management standards across the whole project lifecycle.
• Advise on the project cost, programme, risks, and issues.

Applicant Requirements:

• Educated to a Academic Degree Level or equivalent or a significant level of experience relevant to the post.
• Significant highway and drainage experience including all associated procedures, policies and responsibilities. 
• Experience of supporting a team according to available resources and skill levels and working co-operatively with others.
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of licensing
• Good organisational skills
