What you will do:

  • Assess and treat a diverse range of patients in community settings, devising individualised treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Manage a caseload efficiently, prioritising tasks while maintaining high-quality treatment standards.
  • Educate patients and their families on exercises and strategies to aid recovery and independence.
  • Participate in team meetings and continuing professional development activities to ensure best practices.


Required skills and qualifications:

  • Demonstrated community experience with expertise in orthopaedics, care of the elderly, respiratory, and musculoskeletal outpatients.
  • HCPC registration is essential.
  • A valid UK driving licence is preferred as travel between patient homes and community sites may be required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant physiotherapy experience.
