Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency has a new permanent position available for a Registered Manager to work full-time based in an Ofsted registered Children’s home in Leeds.

The salary for this permanent Registered Manager job is up to £ £45,718 - £49,768 per annum.

Main Duties:

  • Managing and overseeing daily operations of the home
  • Providing leadership and supervision to your team
  • Developing and implementing high-quality care plans and risk assessments
  • Ensuring compliance with Ofsted and Local Authority requirements
  • Managing recruitment, retention, budget management, and rota planning
  • Supporting and guiding young people to achieve their potential
  • Developing and implementing personalized care plans
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure the highest quality of care
  • Engaging with young people in a meaningful and impactful manner

Requirements of this job:

  • Level 5 Residential Childcare qualification or equivalent, or willingness to undertake this
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience working within Children’s residential care, 2 years in a supervisory capacity
  • Ability to show leadership skills
  • Experience of managing budgets
  • Direct involvement in Ofsted inspections
