Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency has a new permanent position available for an Advanced Social Worker within the Family Safeguarding Team to work full time based in Jersey.
The salary for this permanent Advanced Social Worker job is up to £75,874 per annum.
Main duties:
- One of the most exciting new developments in our social career pathway in Jersey has been the creation of new Advanced Social Worker roles.
- Working in a team of social workers with an experienced Practice Manger and Team Manager, the post will carry a caseload of complex and challenging cases, using their social work expertise and a clear child focus to secure the best possible outcomes for our most vulnerable children.
- With this new opportunity, Advanced Social Workers working across Jersey Children’s Social Care, we aim to develop the quality of the service we provide.
- This role will deliver coaching, mentoring and support to Newly Qualified (NQSW’S) and Experienced Social Workers, providing guidance, support, and best practice.
- We’re currently recruiting in Fostering, Family Safeguarding Services, Children in Care Team and Complex Needs Teams.
Requirements of this Advanced Social Worker job:
- A social Work Qualification or equivalent.
- Understanding of relevant legislation.
- Continual professional development.
- Social Work England registered.
