Join us on the journey. Location: Ipswich office What’s the opportunity? As a Software Developer, you will have the opportunity to: Independently design, develop, and maintain software applications. Lead in identifying and fixing bugs and production issues. Research and implement new technologies and tools to improve development efficiency. Contribute to improving best practices and team processes. Skills and Experience: About You You have 3-5 years of experience in software development. You have a solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns. You are experienced with our core tech stack (C#, .NET, SQL Server), version control systems (e.g., Git), and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps). You have familiarity with at least one front end JavaScript framework (e.g. React, Angular, etc) You have hands-on experience with modern cloud services and architectures (e.g., Azure). You excel at problem-solving and are skilled at troubleshooting complex issues. You are familiar with agile methodologies and have experience participating in sprint planning. You communicate effectively and enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders. To excel in this role, you should: Be capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Be able to take initiative and lead smaller development tasks. Be proactive in researching and applying new technologies to improve team efficiency. As a thriving health and social care recruitment agency, we're looking for career-driven marketing professionals to join us on an exciting journey. With new clients and sectors launching on a regular basis, the business has ambitions growth plans that matches the prospects of local talent. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that effectively communicate across our multiple recruitment brands. You will collaborate with our marketing and creative teams as well as sales leads to develop engaging graphics for various platforms. You must be able to commute 5 days a week to our office in Ipswich. Duties of the Graphic Designer: Create visually appealing designs for print and digital media, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, website banners, and more Collaborate with the marketing team to develop concepts and design layouts Use photography skills to capture high-quality images for use in designs Utilise content management systems to update and maintain website content Present design concepts to clients or internal stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design Assist with video editing and motion graphics as needed Qualifications/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field would be advantageous, but not essential.
