As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that effectively communicate across our multiple recruitment brands. You will collaborate with our marketing and creative teams as well as sales leads to develop engaging graphics for various platforms.
You must be able to commute 5 days a week to our office in Ipswich.
Duties of the Graphic Designer:
- Create visually appealing designs for print and digital media, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, website banners, and more
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop concepts and design layouts
- Use photography skills to capture high-quality images for use in designs
- Utilise content management systems to update and maintain website content
- Present design concepts to clients or internal stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design
- Assist with video editing and motion graphics as needed
Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field would be advantageous, but not essential.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with web design using WordPress or other CMS platforms
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
