Double accolade for Sanctuary at The Global Recruiter Awards

Last night, Sanctuary was highly commended in categories Best Client Service and Best Large Recruitment Business at the Global Recruiter Awards.
In good company
You may be thinking, why do these awards mean so much to us? Well, The Global Recruiter Awards shine a spotlight on the amazing things that recruitment companies are doing across the world. We were honoured to be shortlisted, but to go on to be highly commended was really something. After all, every finalist was there for the very same reasons as us. Despite the events of the past 18 months, everyone in the room demonstrated remarkable resilience.
Judges’ comments
As you would expect, the awards are judged by highly-regarded figures from the REC, the FCSA, the UK Recruiter network, Global Recruiter magazine and MIT Ventures. The comments we received from the Judges were very telling as to how we work. In announcing our award, they said:
“Sanctuary Personnel is an impressive business, careful to measure impact for clients and candidates as well as giving back to the health sector at every opportunity.”
Speaking highly of our approach to client services, they said:

We were thrilled that our innovative approach to client services shone through. After all, our clients turn to us for our ability to think outside the traditional constraints of recruitment. They look to us for practical and cost-effective solutions, which was reflected in our award submissions.
All-round strong performance
It was a record year for Global Recruiter Award entries, with hundreds of applications received. In making their selection, the judges needed to see exceptional examples of a strong all-round performance both during and pre-pandemic, which we were able to evidence in lots of ways. In our award submission, we talked fluently about the importance of nurturing entire communities. Specifically, we spoke about solving frontline healthcare challenges at the most testing of times and setting a new standard for health and social care recruitment in the UK.
For us, The Global Recruiter Awards could not have come at a better time as we continue to widen our reach, both across the UK and internationally.
