GLOBAL RECRUITER AWARDS FINALISTS

We’re absolutely delighted to be shortlisted at The Global Recruiter Awards in the categories of ‘Best Large Recruitment Business’ and ‘Best Client Service’.
It’s the first time we have entered the highly acclaimed awards run by The Global Recruiter magazine. Our inclusion as a finalist in both categories is a reflection of how we approach health and social care resourcing challenges head-on.
Why we have been shortlisted
The judges have read how we do not just know about the health and social care recruitment sector, we’re truly part of it. As a leader in our field, our knowledge goes beyond the superficial to solving some of the most pressing NHS and local authority staff shortages.
We have presented the judges with a selection of real-life examples of how we are working hard to create far more resilient workforces by connecting communities.
In each example provided, we speak openly about the challenges we were up against and how we overcame them to deliver on our promise.
Why are the awards so important?
Being shortlisted on a global platform marks yet another first for us in award-terms. Having external global experts look at our business and recognise that what we are doing is different and award-worthy, acts as an external validation of our success.

The Awards evening will take place on 14 October 2021 at East Wintergarden in Canary Wharf where we’ll find out if we’re a winner. Either way, we couldn’t be prouder of our achievements.
