Sanctuary scoops Best Client Service at the Recruiter Awards
By Andrew Pirie
Sanctuary Personnel certainly flew the flag for health and social recruitment on Thursday as it was awarded Best Client Service at this year’s highly acclaimed Recruiter Awards.
We were delighted that the Judges appreciate how Sanctuary continues to evolve its client services to solve some of the most challenging frontline resourcing issues.
Commenting on why Sanctuary was chosen as the winner, the Judges remarked:
“Sanctuary stands out as a winner in this category for its follow through to impact – providing great, solid customer service. It was refreshing to see an entry boasting of scaling back services/fees.”
It was tough to choose the best examples of client work, as we have so many. However, we chose to demonstrate examples from across our business. We detailed our support for Rotherham Council as part of its improvement journey, our partnership with Enfield Borough Council in dramatically improving the lives of children on the edge of care, and our work with rehab charity Turning Point.
All our client examples, backed-up with testimonials, demonstrate our ability to flex our services in a way that makes a positive impact.
Commenting on the award win, Sanctuary’s CEO, James Rook said:
“Excellence does not come as standard within our sector – it takes continuous commitment to affect change. Sanctuary has evolved considerably over the past couple of years to offer innovative solutions that enable our clients to make service improvements and greater financial efficiencies.
“This award reflects just how far we are willing to go to make sure we add value. Of course, we would not be able to make the difference we do without our clients who are also brave enough to challenge conventional recruitment in favour of a far more agile approach. I cannot thank them enough for continuing to partner with us.”
It is the eighth time Sanctuary Personnel has won a Recruiter Award and the second time winning ‘Best Client Service’. Commenting on the significance of the awards, Sanctuary’s CMO, Andrew Pirie added:
“The Recruiter Awards gala is the UK’s largest event for the entire recruitment community. It only recognises outstanding achievements – those recruitment businesses breaking the mould. This year, there were ten shortlisted finalists in the Best Client Service category. Needless to say, we were delighted to emerge as the winner.”
