Sanctuary Personnel achieves ISO 27001 accreditation
At Sanctuary Personnel, we’re committed to always putting our clients and candidates first and are thrilled to announce that we have recently been awarded an ISO 27001 certification.
What is ISO 27001?
ISO 27001 is an internationally-recognised standard that is awarded to businesses that take a risk management approach to information security. By identifying where any vulnerabilities are, businesses can plan and implement preventative steps to minimise the risk of any data protection breach. As part of the accreditation, our technology, staff and processes were assessed to determine whether we met the global-standards set out by ISO 27001.
Why is ISO 27001 important for our clients and candidates?
Our certification means that both our clients and our candidates can have greater trust in our systems and processes. We are known for our safe approach to recruitment, and we continually work hard to exceed best practice recommendations.
Our clients trust that we will always conduct thorough background checks on our community of health and social care professionals. This accreditation is a further guarantee that we put information security at the heart of everything that we do.
It also means that we can provide demonstrable proof to our community of health, social care and criminal justice professionals that we are taking every possible step to secure their personal data. It shows that our community can have trust in us, and a belief that we are continually working in their best interests.
James Rook, CEO, Sanctuary Personnel says:
“ISO 27001 is an incredibly comprehensive accreditation and I’m thrilled that we have been recognised for our approach to information security. This certification isn’t just about ensuring that our technology is secure, it’s about ensuring that we are continually achieving operational excellence throughout our entire business. For our clients and our community of hard working professionals, this is another example of how Sanctuary Personnel are leading the way and setting expectations of what you should expect from a recruitment agency.”
