Since December 2017, Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust, has relied on Sanctuary Criminal Justice to supply “reliable candidates with a sound understanding of substance misuse”. 

In Manchester, like many cities, substance abuse has reached crisis point and the NHS is working round the clock to provide the very best care. 

The Challenge​

With substance misuses professionals highly sought after, it’s difficult for NHS clients to quickly recruit highly experienced professionals at the same pace as a niche substance misuse recruitment service.

The Solution

Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust chose Sanctuary Criminal Justice for two reasons; firstly, for our calibre of substance misuse professionals and secondly for our ability to supply through the main NHS frameworks. In just over a year we have supplied 14 substance misuse recovery workers, who were carefully selected based on their knowledge, flexibility and willingness to work with existing team members to help patients achieve the best outcomes.
