Sanctuary Personnel were very helpful to Norfolk Recovery Partnership (NRP) over the last 18 months of their service operations. They supplied a number of very good quality candidates to the service in roles of nurses and recovery workers and worked with the service to bring candidates into roles in a timely way within the costs of the service. They dealt directly with the electronic NHS Trust infrastructure to arrange timesheets and invoices. The consultants established a very good knowledge of the service ad had very good understanding of the roles required to deliver services. They visited NRP to meet team leads to understand the changing needs and responded promptly if difficulties occurred.
