Pay Rate: £36.84 per hour (assignment rate)

Duties:

  • Carry out proportionate assessments, devise family plans with person centre planning and with a focus on your case management skills working actively with all partners to identify and meet individuals support needs
  • Delivering direct interventions with families and using initiative and flexibility to be creative with work

Requirements of the Support Worker:

  • Recent UK experience in Children’s Services
  • Recent experience working as a Support Worker/Social Work Assistant
  • As this is a community-based role - we will be looking for candidates from Cardiff and the surrounding area
