Job Title: Social Worker - Safeguarding and Support

What you will do:
- Manage a diverse caseload of 25 children, including Child Protection and Children in Need cases.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective support plans.
- Collaborate with multi-agency workers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare detailed reports for court and attend proceedings as required.
- Offer guidance and support to families to help them overcome challenges.
- Ensure that safeguarding standards are maintained at all times.
