What you will do:
- Conduct risk assessments over the telephone based on incoming contact information from various sources.
- Make swift and effective decisions regarding the appropriate next steps in supporting children and families.
- Utilise your broad knowledge of children's social care, from early help through to adoption and care proceedings, to address diverse and complex situations.
- Collaborate closely with multi-agency partners to provide a unified and effective service for children and their families.
- Ensure that services provided are timely and meet the specific needs of the children and their families.

Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant frontline experience in Social Services within the UK working as a qualified Social Worker
