Locum Social Worker for Looked After Children in Chelsea, London – £40 Hourly for a duration of 3 months, Full Time 09:00 - 17:00. What you will do:
- Undertake work in our Looked After Children teams, supporting the achievement of our 5-year Children and Young People’s Plan.
- Drive improvement and integration in our services as we work towards our 2030 vision.
- Manage caseloads effectively, ensuring good outcomes for children and young people.
- Work in partnership with children, families, and other professionals to develop and implement plans.
- Participate in meetings, providing professional reports and updates as needed to ensure constant communication and transparency.
