What you will do:
- Manage cases involving children subject to Public Care Case Planning PCCP, Kinship Fostering arrangements, and children on Special Guardianship Orders SGO.
- Work with children and young people who are under Child Looked After CLA status and those on SGO.
- Conduct thorough assessments, Child Looked After CLA reviews, and care and support meetings, ensuring that each is executed with attention to detail and empathy.
- Perform visits to families to provide support, guidance, and intervention when needed.
- Prepare and complete court reports aimed at revoking Care Orders, ensuring a smooth transition for the families involved.
- Update assessments for connected persons to secure an SGO, enabling the discharge of the Care Order in favour of an SGO when the time is right.
- Participate in duty activities, maintaining a high level of attention and responsiveness to immediate needs within the community.
