What you will do:
- Complete Care Act Assessments, Mental Capacity Assessments, and Community DOLs, ensuring all legal requirements are adequately met.
- Engage with adults with learning disabilities and their carers, providing necessary support for complex care needs.
- Uphold the rights of service users under the MCA 2005 and the ECHR, advocating for their welfare.
- Conduct on-site visits to service users within the community to perform assessments and generate one eligibility assessment and two DOL assessments a week.
- Participate actively in eligibility assessments processes and leverage excellent knowledge of community DOL assessments.
