Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment company to the private and public sector has a locum vacancy for a Children's Social Worker to work full time based in Barry, within the Family Support Team.
The salary for this permanent Social Worker job is £30,451 - £38,890 per annum.
Main Duties:
- Provide social work support to children, young people and their families or carers
- Provide a direct social work service to children, young people and their families/carers, in line with the relevant legislation, guidance, regulations and national standards
- Maintain accurate and up to date social care records, both electronically and on hard files, including ICS, in relation to each child or young person in line with Directorate policy
- Undertake case planning and reviewing responsibilities in line with Directorate and national standards
- Professionally manage a caseload consistent with responsibilities and grade.
Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Social and Healthcare Qualified
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant frontline experience within Children's Services
