What you will do:
- Undertake comprehensive assessments including parenting assessments in a timely manner to inform the development of outcome-focused care plans with children and their families.
- Conduct care proceedings within the court, addressing both private and public concerns.
- Initiate and complete tasks within court timescales to achieve permanency plans for children, including adoption.
- Understand and respond effectively to the complexity of risks. Provide detailed records and analysis of your interventions with children and families.
- Work within pods designed to optimise management, oversight, and support for all Social Workers. Each pod comprises 5 Social Workers and 1 Manager to foster teamwork and comprehensive support.
