Social Worker within Family Help in Warrington UK, earning £37 per hour. Ongoing contract. Full-time.
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Social Worker to join one of our Family Help teams in the Warrington area. As a Pathfinder for the Families First for Children DFE funded children's social care reforms, we are at the forefront of exciting changes in children's social work. You will be based in 1 Time Square with the expectation of being office-based at least 2 days per week.

What you will do:
- Collaborate with the Family Help team in implementing child in need plans and child protection plans.
- Engage with families to identify needs and provide tailored support and guidance.
- Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for children and their families.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of services.
Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work.
- Current Social Work England registration.
- Significant frontline experience in Social Services within the UK as a qualified Social Worker.
