What you will do:
- Conduct assessments and provide comprehensive reports on children and families within your remit
- Collaborate with multi-agency partners to ensure the best outcomes for children in our care
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to the unique needs of children and young people
- Offer support and guidance to families, ensuring they receive the information necessary for informed decision-making
- Engage directly with children and young people, appreciating and addressing complex needs
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in line with statutory guidelines
