What you will do:

  • Conduct assessments and provide comprehensive reports on children and families within your remit
  • Collaborate with multi-agency partners to ensure the best outcomes for children in our care
  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to the unique needs of children and young people
  • Offer support and guidance to families, ensuring they receive the information necessary for informed decision-making
  • Engage directly with children and young people, appreciating and addressing complex needs
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records in line with statutory guidelines

Requirements: Must have three years experience
