What you will do:
- Undertake assessments and create tailored child protection plans that safeguard children from harm
- Prepare reports and attend court proceedings to advocate for the best interests of the children
- Collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams, stakeholders, and families to ensure the delivery of appropriate support services
- Conduct home visits to assess risks and ensure compliance with child protection plans
- Maintain detailed records of interventions and casework in compliance with legal and organizational requirements
Requirements:
- Possess a degree or equivalent qualification in social work
- Hold current Social Work England registration
- Have significant frontline experience within the UK in social services as a qualified social worker
- Must be prepared to drive and have access to your own vehicle
