What you will do:
- Undertake social work assessments for children and families to identify needs and determine the best intervention.
- Develop effective plans in collaboration with children, families, carers, and other professionals to achieve desired outcomes.
- Implement Child Protection, Child in Need, and Looked After Children procedures, ensuring comprehensive support and safety for children and families.
- Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners, utilising the Family Safeguarding approach to provide integrated care and support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports as per policy and legislation.
- Participate in ongoing team meetings, training, and development opportunities to continually enhance your professional skills.
