Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency has a new permanent position available for an experienced Social Worker within the Assessment Team to work full time based in Walthamstow.
The salary for this permanent Social Worker job is up to £41,229 per annum.
Main duties:
- To undertake operational responsibilities within the service located, as outlined below.
- To undertake all activity in line with statutory requirements, legislation, procedures & guidance.
- To undertake all activity in line with achieving all relevant Performance Indicators and Quality standards.
- To undertake operational responsibilities, as outlined below, in regard to line management within the service, and across Children & Young People Services.
- To work actively with partner agencies.
- To promote Customer Care in regard to all service users and external partners.
- To actively facilitate the participation of children, young people and their parents.
- To undertake effective communication with partner agencies, parents, children & young people.
- To ensure accurate record keeping & completion of relevant workflows and databases to timescale.
- Attendance at, and relevant preparation for, any meetings/reviews in regard to case planning for children.
- Maintain and promote partnership working with other agencies.
- To undertake all duties and work within required timescale, in line with performance indicators and quality standards.
Requirements of this Experienced Social Worker job:
- A social Work Qualification or equivalent.
- Understanding of relevant legislation.
- Continual professional development.
- Social Work England registered.
